Toby Hulbert

Toby started his year’s placement at Phoenix in June 2008 and is a keen assistant and tape-op. He keeps the studio running smoothly and makes the odd cup of tea.

As well as regarding the working practices of Phoenix’s freelance engineers, he is often working on bands or his own tracks and particularly enjoys mixing these projects. He also programs and produces pop and electronic music and plays drum kit.
